Especially in our patients who have a lot of knee pain, bone problems in their legs, cartilage problems and cannot walk; We have two different types of tests that we do without fast walk or running. One of these two different types of exercise tests is thallium scintigraphy and the other; dobutamine stress echocardiography. Here, in the dobutamine test, we give our patients a certain dose of a drug that accelerates the heart, as if they are running, while resting normally, at a certain dose, and at the same time we see and monitor the electrical activity of the heart. In the same test, we take copies of the electrocardiography, that is, the lines of the heart, every 10 minutes and every 5 minutes. On the other hand, we look at the rhythm and contraction force of the heart valves with echo cardiography. If the contraction of the heart starts to become lazier in certain places, we can see immediately with electrocardiographs, and at the same time, we see a deterioration in the lines in the heart electrode, and differences in the arrangement of the lines. The dobutamine stress echo test is therefore very efficient, very pragmatic. It is a technological application where we see the patient’s heart contractions both in front of our eyes and on the electrocardiography, as an echo is also performed at the same time.
