Sometimes in severe anvanced arterial occlusions leg arterial surgeries, Leg Vascular Bypass surgeries, can be unavoidable.  Especially if very long areas are blocked, surgery may become inevitable when we cannot open it with technologies such as angioplasty, stent, medicated balloon and other interventional techniques, or when it is opened and blocked again after several months, otherwise the patient may lose the leg.

In order not to loose the leg, that is, leg does not become gangrene, it is necessary to start treatment by the cardiovascular surgeon, who is the only interlocutor of our vascular patients, before it is too late.
